With over 25 years of experience in Financial Services, my career has been dedicated to building meaningful, long-term relationships with Advisors in the independent channel. Having walked in your shoes as an Advisor myself, I understand firsthand the challenges, decisions, and aspirations that shape your day-to-day. My deep expertise in mutual funds, securities, and portfolio management enables me to assess dealer options and offerings through a lens that aligns with your business goals—whether you're scaling, transitioning, or refining your practice.
Having been on the firm side of recruiting, I’ve seen a common trend: firms pitch their best, but that doesn’t always mean it’s the best for you. There’s much more to consider—commission structures, back-office support, corporate services, technology suites, ICPM platforms, CRMs, real estate, and of course, pricing. I bring clarity to complexity. My role is to help you cut through the noise, weigh the trade-offs, and make confident, informed decisions that serve your long-term vision.
